The Lean Team Strategy Campaign

Audience: Professional services firms

Content: Long-form educational guide and social campaign assets

Channels: Web, email and social

Project summary: This guide was developed to help leaders at professional services firms maximize their employee utilization and make the most of the resources available to them. For the project execution, I led all project management efforts, including building a project plan, working closely with our copywriter and editing all copy, collaborating with our designer to develop the long-form guide and building the larger campaign structure, including the planning and setting up of drip and nurture emails. I also developed the social campaign to promote the final asset and wrote and worked with our designer to create the final social assets for the campaign.
